MINI connects Facebook to Redbull Crashed Ice

As official partner of Redbull Crashed Ice, MINI welcomes you to the coolest event of the year. To share this sensation we created a Social Sharing event, connecting the event to the online world with RFID technology.

Red Bull Crashed Ice produced some of the best action ever seen on the ice.  Skaters were challenged by four spectacular ice cross downhill competitions in Saint Paul, Valkenburg, Are and Quebec.

Redbull Crashed Ice visitors received a MINI Facebook connect card. This card has an integrated RFID chip that is connected to the Facebook profile of the visitor. The card becomes the personal MINI Facebook connect card. With this RFID Facebook card people can check-in, LIKE and share branded photos of MINI on their Facebookpage.
